Warranty and Terms of Use

At Austin's Machine works we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. However, we want to make it clear that by purchasing, using, or installing any products from our website or store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Liability for Injuries or Death

By purchasing and using any of our products, including ATV parts, accessories, or any other items, you assume full responsibility for your own safety, as well as the safety of others. Austin's Machine works is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or death that may occur during the use of our products, including those resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

2. Responsibility for Proper Use and Installation

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all ATV parts and accessories are installed correctly, and that they are used in a safe and responsible manner. Failure to follow installation guidelines may result in injuries or death

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

Riding an ATV or using any ATV parts or accessories involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of collisions, falls, and mechanical failures. These risks can lead to serious injury, death, or damage. By using our products, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Austin's Machine works is not responsible for any resulting harm.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin's Machine works , its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to the use or installation of our products. This includes any claims resulting from accidents, injuries, or death.

5. Warranty

​At Austin's Machine works, we offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects in the products we sell. This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship and does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions. Please contact us austinsmachineworks@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and details of the defect.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer of Liability. You agree to use the products at your own risk, and you release Austin's Machine works from any responsibility for injuries, damages, or other issues arising from the use of our products.
